The project included thorough repairs to restore the functionality of the existing elevators, regular maintenance to ensure continued optimal performance, and a full-scale modernization to upgrade the systems with the latest technology. By installing Nidec-Kinetek equipment, we enhanced the elevators’ efficiency, safety, and reliability, aligning them with current standards and improving the overall user experience. This project has significantly extended the lifespan of the elevators at Construction House, ensuring smoother and more energy-efficient vertical transportation for all occupants.
